Rocket's was developed by the Niall Fortune lead Rocket Restaurants Group, leveraging its 30 yearlong expertise in food service and restaurant franchising. The 1st Rocket's opened its doors in 2014; nowadays the Rocket's franchise has grown to six locales in Ireland and Germany. Rocket's is strategically positioned as a fast-casual, hamburger brand.

Training & Support:

Pre-opening training requires full training and certification for senior franchisee managers in Dublin. Following unit handover, the franchisor provides a minimum of 4 senior management staff to support the NSO and train staff on site. Minimum period is 4 weeks, split between unit set-up and testing, followed by trainee certification and full live shift support. Additional support and training is made available as requested and costs covered by the franchisee.
