Served with your choice of mix-ins and prepared on a frozen granite stone, Cold Stone Creamery delivers the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience® completely customized for you every time! Cold Stone Creamery brand, headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., has approximately 1,400 locations in over 25 countries. In 2007, Cold Stone Creamery became part of Kahala Brands&trade, one of the fastest growing franchising companies in the world with a portfolio of 15 quick service restaurant brands and annual worldwide revenues of approximately US$700 million.

Training

Operational Training: 3-4 weeks, director of operations, first store managers, and training managers will be trained in overall operations at our Cold Stone Creamery® stores and at our world headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Executive Training: 3-5 days, support teams will be trained for positions such as marketing, construction, design, real estate, purchasing, and logistics.

Support

On-Site Support & Training: 3-4 weeks, a Director of Operations and a training manager from Kahala will travel to your country to support you in the first store opening in the territory.

Ongoing Support: A Director of Operations will visit your country to help maintain high standards in operations and business development. We also provide marketing materials used in the US system, offer additional collaboration based on unique market needs, and can assist in the evaluation of every location with operations and marketing plans, as well as provide additional consulting as needed.
