  • Type of Organization - Ideal Area Developers are strong marketing oriented corporations involved in multi-unit retailing or lifestyle related franchises and should have access to suitable locations or have experience in property acquisition and property development. Ideal Area Developers should be willing to devote their accumulated management and marketing expertise to the development and promotion of the franchise.
  • Reputation & Image - Area Developers should have a prestigious reputation for honesty and integrity in dealing with its partners and associates, its employees, its suppliers, the public and other institutions.
  • Competitive Position - Area Developers need to have a strong competitive position in their country of interest and the capability to develop the franchise into one of the market leaders in the country.
