The history of Egyptian cuisine begins with Ancient Egypt where Egyptians left evidence of their love for food. Some of the modern recipes of meat, poultry, ful, seafood, wild game, vegetables, grains and fruits were still served during that time in celebrations, ceremonies and festive occasions.   • The right to use Abou El Sid Restaurant business systems and know-how for the day-to-day operations through initial and on-going training and provision of fully documented operating manuals
  • The right to use the accumulated experience of the comprehensive operational and managerial processes, trade secrets and standard recipes
  • Evaluation of locations and identification of local suppliers and service providers
  • Recommended corporate suppliers list providing preferential corporate rates
  • Provision of a full list of equipment with details specifications and SOP's
  • Provision of a full list of vintage decorative accessories with recommended suppliers
