Long John Silver's (1100 US locations) invites applications for GCC developers

An iconic American brand, Long John Silver's was founded in Lexington, Kentucky in 1969. Since then it has grown into the largest global seafood restaurant company in the world.

The brand is at a three-year high on customer satisfaction and its brand awareness is at 86 percent. With 1,100 units in 43 states in the United States and two countries outside of the U.S. the brand has $1 billion in annual sales and 28,000 global employees.

The system is 95 percent franchised.

Franchise Support

As part of the initial franchise agreement, a four-week training will take place in a U.S. corporate restaurant. In the weeks prior and during opening, a team of experienced Long John Silver's operators will be in market to support the franchisor, and ensure proper team training and flawless execution. Long John Silver's is dedicated to providing the optimum support to ensure our guests receive the highest quality seafood.

The main support center is based in the corporate office in Louisville, Kentucky. However, in-country training and operational support will be provided on opening and throughout the franchise term.

For ease of operation, all training materials and videos are web-based and available on the internet on Long John Silver's proprietary website.

Food Safety audits are also conducted in restaurants by in-country representatives and paid for by Long John Silver's corporate office.
