Training & Support

- Support in developing and reviewing restaurant design
- 3 weeks of training in Beverly Hills, CA and 3 weeks of training in Las Vegas, Nevada for Area Licensee senior staff that will be involved with managing and operating the units in the Territory (travel related costs to be paid by the Licensee)
- 3-5 weeks of in-country training for start-up and opening (paid by Licensee)

Investor Profile

  • Experience as a restaurant developer and/or operator (retail or hospitality preferred)
  • Knowledge of and/or access to supply chain resources
  • Access to real estate, retail, or hospitality development experience
  • Experience with western level food safety and quality assurance systems
  • Capital to invest of at least US$4,500,000 for the initial country license fee and the buildout of the first Lawry's® restaurant in the country
  • Successful multi-brand licensing groups, preferably in F&B sectors
  • Franchisors or Area Licensees of sufficient stature and experience in the food sector
  • Real estate, property development, hospitality, and management businesses
