The Zoo Health Clubs promote a carefully balanced atmosphere that is both family-friendly and appealing to serious athletes. The Zoo foot print is 10,000 sq. feet to 15,000 sq. feet and includes: cardio machines, resistive strength machines, free weight area, locker rooms and showers, aerobic exercise classes, one on one training, group cross fit training, 24/7 key card security (optional) child care, smoothie bar and casual member lounge.

The Zoo name, design and club layout is unique and the members love the decor, programs, staff and equipment. The Zoo Health Club offers membership pricing that fits the demographics of the location. Membership pricing is appealing for everyone starting with a lower priced standard membership and the Zoo Card which includes all amenities.

Once securing the location a pre-enrolment promotion will begin and continue during construction and opening of the new Zoo Health Club location. Pre-enrolment is the key to a successful club. By having members enrolled before the club opens kick starts the business with monthly dues. Special pricing, marketing and advertising is put in place during this time. Many of the Zoo locations have seen 2,000 members enrolled during pre-enrolment. Once the club is open it continues to build membership sales and adds personal training, group and cross fit training. Income is now coming from multiple sources.

Training & Support

Training and educating our franchisees is a very important function of the Zoo Franchise system. Training at Zoo University starts any time after a franchisee moves forward with the franchise and pays the initial franchise fee. Zoo University must be attended before pre-enrolment starts and is for 3 days.

Franchisee support continues after graduation from Zoo University. We offer on-going phone and web support in all phases of operating a Zoo Health Club. On- going marketing support and member lead generation via web site and social media.
