Investor Profile
Our ideal Franchisor will have food service experience (multi-unit food service experience a plus), an thorough understanding of the legal requirements of selling in addition to the franchise law of his or her country (access to Franchise Law attorney preferred), brand marketing experience (marketing support staff preferred), and knowledge of franchise accounting procedures.

Marco's ideal Master Franchisor is one that will support the Marco's brand in all aspects of business including the following:

  • Franchise Sales
    • With an understanding of the legal requirements of selling
    • Assistance in the opening of new stores - from as early on as site selection, design, construction and equipment layout
  • Operations
    • Operational support, with a system in place to train Franchisee's all aspects of business management and store operations
    • Defined system for training hourly employees, including a system of reporting evaluation of store operations
    • Defined system for sourcing ingredients
  • Marketing
    • Assistance with Franchisee with marketing needs, including brand marketing, marketing support staff, and creative design and execution
  • Legal
    • Operate within the Franchise Law of the country
  • Accounting
    • Understanding of accounting procedures and P&L's for Franchise businesses
    • Defined system for the collection of royalties
    • Defined system to capture and analyze sales
